WEST SIDE HIDDEN JEWEL. We tried somewhere we haven’t been & it was SO GOOD. If you like Turonis thin crust pizza- this place is BETTER & more convenient. Heard someone talking about how good the stroms are & we are definitely going back to try!
This afternoon I asked a coworker to recommend a place for dinner that I had never tried before. He suggested Sam's Pizzeria, which I had never heard of. He gave me the location and it was pretty far out of the way, but I figured I'd at least check out their website and browse the menu. I was immediately drawn to the Hawaiian Luau pizza. I've always liked a good Hawaiian pizza, and their website has a good photo of it and a detailed description (they add brown sugar). I know it sounds simple, but it amazes me how many places are too lazy to post an up to date menu and good descriptions of the selections. Sam's gets it right. Fast forward to my experience. We opened the box and the pizza looks just as advertised and smelled amazing. Plenty of shaved ham, crispy bacon, and pineapple. The brown sugar elevates a Hawaiian pizza and separates a decent one from a great one. I'll be back. Next time I think I'll try a stromboli or the ham and cheese sandwich. Both look amazing. Keep up the good work!
This place. Is on point. Every time! Not only is it crazy delicious but they are also super great! That Nashville hot chicken pizza is, chefs kiss!! Nice kick without making you sweat. My wife normally doesn’t like spicy stuff and she really loved the flavor! Breadsticks could use a little more flavor in the dough but that’s me being a breadstick snob and picky more than anything. The cheese sauce is solid nacho cheese for dipping (but get the ranch with the Nashville hot). Oh and something that would go really solid on the Nashville hot would be grippos, just sayin, could be an addition in my future
Great food! You can dine in, but they focus on takeout. Pizza, Storms, Wings, Alfredo, etc... we were all really impressed.
Family owned, super friendly, amazing service and their food is incredibly delicious!! We love coming here and picking up our favorite pizzas and desserts! Thank you for always making us feel like family!
I’ve been getting food here since I was a kid. My grandpa used to order the wings for the both of us over 20 years ago. I ordered them tonight for the first time in years and they didn’t disappoint!! So good. Highly recommend the wings, spaghetti, and the pizza. The ham and cheese sandwich is delicious as well - I like to add tomato to it. This place is a west side treasure.
Stromboli was amazing!! We placed a lunch order for work. Online ordering is very easy. The order was ready when I arrived and was correct. Customer service was great. Best pizza and stroms in town. If you haven’t tried Sam’s, you really need to check them out and treat yourself to a delicious meal.
Wow, wow, WOW!!! From the minute we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly atmosphere!! The food was AMAZING Stephanie & Jimmy Lefler are some of the kindest people I’ve met! Their kindness is reflected by their staff as well! You will definitely want to visit this place...you’ll leave happier than you walked in
